nice upgrade from my crosswave
So first, the good. I like how it looks - the design is sleek in a very retro-future kind of way. It’s not bulky like my old Crosswave, and comes with its own cleaning tool (and is much easier to clean in general). It dries the floors better, doesn’t leave behind streaks. Other people commented that a full charge only gets you about 30 minutes of use, which really worried me because I like to clean my floors all in one go and I was sure that task took longer than 30 minutes, but so far it’s never died on me mid-use. Pretty much my only complaint is that the solution tank is really small, and goes through the water quickly. Even with the floors picked up and swept beforehand, I can only get a small section of floor done before running out of water, even on the “low” water setting. Having to constantly stop and refill the tank became such an annoyance to me that I started mixing solution in a pitcher and just pouring it on the floor as I go. This was something I would only do with my Crosswave in the event of a huge mess, and while it works out well for me it does feel stupid that I have to do it in order to make cleaning with this more efficient. A tip for everyone who buys this: if it starts to lose suction, don’t drive yourself crazy looking for a clog or some kind of mechanical issue. If there’s no apparent clog when you do your first check, run it through a couple cleaning cycles with very hot water. If it persists, change the filters. You’re welcome.

Leaks water - so frustrating
I have been using the TurboCleaner for a few months now and here is what I love and hate about it: What I love: -It cleans my hardwood floors very well -The vacuum feature is amazing -It’s super easy to clean -Having a docking station provides a wonderful cordless experience What I despise: -After I empty the dirty water, putting the container back on is tricky because the TurboClean won’t register it unless it’s put on a specific way. I have to take the container off and put it back on in at least 10 different ways before it’s registered as being connected. -Sometimes after I get the dirty water container attached, put the TurboCleaner on the dock, and push the button to prompt a cleaning cycle, it won’t turn on and the light that tells me I need to empty the dirty container comes on…even though it’s already empty. -The Tutbocleaner is for hardwood floors, so I don’t fault them for this, but the TurboCleaner does not do well with tiled flooring. -The TurboCleaner leaks a puddle of water each time I pick it up to put it back on the charging dock. I’m not sure what I can do differently to avoid this. I have tried a few different things but no luck. -The fill opening on the container that holds the clean water is placed vertically on the back, making it difficult to fill with water and solution without missing the opening. I have waisted so much cleaning solution because of this poorly designed opening.

Fast and reliable
Super light weight. Charge time is approximately 3 hours. Comes with small bottle of soap and brush to scrape off any excess dust or debris from your floors. Suction is great. Floors are instantly clean and dried within 5 minutes. Easy to push and pull when using and the base is super lightweight too. Easy to figure out but would still read instructions for cleaning purposes for the mop after usage.

Great cleaner - very happy and easily have cleaner floors!
Review of Bissell TurboClean I am very pleased with this purchase, my husband is sick of me talking about this vacuum mop. I’m a mom of two young girls, working full time from home. Life is messy and the TurboClean helps me keep me sane, we have both tile and laminate floors. I looked for months for something that would help and finally found and purchased this. It has all the main specs I was looking for. I was so excited about it that I thought I’d try to leave a detailed review. Overall I’m very happy. I know there are much more expensive versions – and they may be better but honestly from what I can tell, this is basically the same thing but a little smaller water tank capacity. Pros: Price, known brand, it’s quick and easy to use, light weight, cleans well, battery life is great for my house, easily cleaned crayon messes off the floor, 3 yr old can use it by herself if she wants to “help,” self-propelled, different settings (no water, little, and more water), fast charge, sanitizing soap, suction power was better than feared, dries quickly and evenly, and includes 2 brushes, a strainer, replacement filters, etc. all for $100-200 cheaper than the similar models I was looking at. Cons: Small water tank (easy enough to refill), no edge cleaning (not a huge deal in the end, but would be nice), doesn’t do a deep clean of the grout in the tiles, but does well enough for me. Drying time of the brushes does seem a bit long but they give you two so it’s easy enough to switch them out.

very good for small areas
I didn't have high aspirations for this product but needed something quick and easy to use without having to plug in my heavy floor cleaner especially during the electrical high demand rates. It does a very good job, however, I always vacuum with my cordless vacuum stick before using as it doesn't tolerate dog fur well and just moves it around. Yes I do wish it had a larger water tank as you can't go far without refilling and emptying the tank, which I do at the same time but it's very easy to do. Certainly you do not need as much detergent as suggested, I just put a small drop and then fill with water. On the whole, if you need something for a quick wipe over this is ideal but not really suited for the whole house. Good on my tile stairs and bathrooms. Gave it a 4 star review because it's not entirely suited for pets and also the small water tank.

Doesn’t clean grout!
I purchased this because I moved into a bigger house with ceramic tile floors, the sweeping and mopping was killing me. I was even having hand cramps in the morning after cleaning. Anyway, I really wanted something that would do both at the SAME time. So let me highlight the pros - it does do both, it will pick up debris and also clean/sanitize, depending on the solution you use. For everyday messes it works great, we have little kids running around here literally making messes all day long. This is so quick and easy to use to clean up that kind of stuff. It also dries very quickly, I’m talking 3 min or so and it can be walked on, which is another plus, when you have lots of people at home. You don’t have to keep yelling at them to not walk on the area you just cleaned. Also - it does have a self cleaning feature that you are going to want to use almost everytime you use it because the debris/food etc. will sit in the bottom tray and putrefy, it’s nasty so just make sure to use the self clean. You do have to make sure that there is clean water in that reservoir because it uses it to clean itself. It is lightweight, even my niece can use it, she’s 7! So on to the cons - both the clean water & dirty water reservoirs are very small. I can’t do the hallways, kitchen, living room/dining room in one go & no my house is not massive. I’d say it’s probably smaller than most. So just know that you will be filling up/dumping often unless you are only using this for the kitchen etc. Although the dirty water reservoir looks big, it has an auto shut off, once it hits a certain level. It is below where it says max level, so kind of annoying. The biggest thing here to not for me is that it DOES NOT CLEAN the grout. That was a huge disappointment, so I still have to get a scrub brush and scrub the grout. I use this to try to suck up the water, it works okay, better than using nothing. Would I buy it again, I’m not sure, I’d prob look for something that would clean the grout better, maybe has bigger water reservoirs, but I’m sure that also comes with a heftier price tag. It is cordless, so I knew it wouldn’t be as powerful as something corded, something to think about anyway. If you’re looking for something quick and light to clean everyday messes and not something that can drop clean, then this is for you! See the attached video for an example!

Bad product, broke after 7 months. Not even useful to start with.
UPDATE AFTER 8 months: it stopped working. Yes, I should have called support but I tried, couldn’t get through and I was busy. Now it’s been 13 months and lost warranty… I may have used it 6-7 times total. The effort was intense so I didn’t use it so much (see my original review below). Overall WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT BUY!!! — This is my first electric vacuum mop. So far, I’ve been vacuuming and then using a Swiffer to mop. I wanted to simplify this and was super-excited to get this! But I’m quite disappointed. I don’t think this is an issue with this brand or model. I’m guessing they’re all similar but here it is: - It’s much heavier that my vacuum making it harder to maneuver and with back issues, it’s not great. - It’s true what other comments say: it did not clean on the edges. This means I have to still keep my regular vacuum and do double work. - It turns off on up-right position which makes it difficult in narrow places - cleaning was ok - vacuuming rugs is tricky because the liquid is there even if it stops dispensing… but I guess I could start with the rugs - not happy with the options for cleaning solution as I prefer fragrance free and more natural components as I’m extremely allergic to these harsh chemicals - overall it took me triple the time than when I vacuum It really does not self-clean! The work after cleaning is intense! And you cannot just leave it as its water can get moldy. I was so excited about getting this but going back to my old-fashion process

Constantly Leaks and Leaves Dirty Water All Over Floors
This is the worst hard floor vac/mop cleaner I have ever purchased. I’ve been a big fan of Bissell for years. I always upgrade to the newest CrossWave, and decided to give this a try. While this machine is an improvement over the CrossWave in many ways, (In fact, it’s design mimics the Tineco iFloor series) it is overall a complete waste of money. Negatives: While this machine is more lightweight and easier to clean than the CrossWave, it has almost no suction power. It cannot scrub or “wash” your floors, like the CrossWave or Tineco, rather it lightly glides only picking up what’s on the surface (and not well). There is little to no suction, so do not expect to use this as a vacuum, or expect this machine to mop up the dirty water properly. This machine leaves streaks and puddles of dirty water everywhere! The machine is also very flimsy and will get marked up after the first use. Please save yourself the hassle and research a different vac/mop floor washer that has more power and better suction. Positives: This machine is easier to clean than the CrossWave and has a better design. However the power and suction are just not adequate to clean anything properly. Overall: I would not recommend this product and have returned it. If you’re going to invest in a Vac/Mop Floor Washer, spend some extra money on one that actually works; one that has the power and the suction to do what it advertises. There are so many better alternatives available!
