I used it for general insulation work. It stuck extremely well, wet or warmer conditions. It’s definitely resistant enough in abnormal conditions and holds up under pressure, making it a great option for DIY use. I used this to repair the bottom of the shower screen where the silver colour was wearing off and corroding so it disguised the damage. It’s very thin but strong and waterproof and it is still doing the trick after a month so I would say it’s effective snd definitely worth the money. Easy to cut to shape with scissors. Easy to peel off if it goes on wrong during application and easy to smooth with your finger or a tool.

Great product/quality. Bonds to the insulation (foil backed bubble wrap) like glue, nice thickness and delivered v quickly, also good price.

The aluminium tape worked good to conceal a whole on my exhaust box at the back it stayed on the for about three days four days till it blew off heated up and literally lost it the stickiness which is very sticky but after a certain amount of time under heat it does release itself so I would say 50 50 recommended
