This stuff is delicious. Spicy, citrus and salty. Adds a fresh pop in so many dishes. I add it to marinades, dressings, really anything that could use a punch of flavor. My family of four goes through jar about every other month. If you like yuzu and a little heat you need this in your life!

Very Versatile
I use this yuzu ponzu in many ways. Adds that perfect flavor to rice, sauces, marinades and as 1st layer to appetizer toastetts. Can use with dipping sauces and to add a bit of heat to veggies and meats.
