Great substitute for sugar. For me it leaves no after taste.

Sets well, if anything too well so I need to use less.
Not sure about this, as a form of gelatine or setting agent it works fine but I used it in a coconut milk yogurt and the end result was far too set, I will try using less next time otherwise I will have to go back to the bovine version as I got on better with that.

This product did not meet my expectations. But maybe I don't know how to use it correctly. In general, for jelly, it is quite good, but I made marshmallows and it did not work.

il en faut très peu pour épaissir je m'en serre pour faire mes vinaigrettes régime moutarde sel poivre toutes herbes 1 cs huile olive puis de l'eau 1/5 cc de Xanthane je mixe et cela épaissis et bien d'autre chose
