I've been ordering this magnesium glycinate supplement for about 6 months now, and I really like it. It's a bit large and 4 is what you have to take daily, but I take 2 in morning with breakfast and 2 at night with dinner, and so far so good. No aches or discomfort I even take it with my other supplements and no problem. The reason I prefer this brand, it's because it has no soy, it's vegan, gluten free, no milk, no egg, no wheat and free from other stuff as well. It's in a dark bottle which preserve freshness. I have no cramping and it's easy on the stomach for me. We all need magnesium daily!. Try it!😊

I've always had difficulty sleeping, as if my mind doesn't not understand the difference between rest and active and continues to overwork. I've tried melatonin, however, it would leave me more foggy and not very refreshed. Also, it caused night terrors on more than one occasion. On the recommendation of my doctor I started taking magnesium glycinate and L-threonate.. As someone who keeps kosher, finding authentic, good quality kosher supplements is somewhat difficult. I found this Bluebonnet one through search and decided to give it a try. Frankly, it does make a huge difference in my sleep and overall mental function. It doesn't regulate sleep like melatonin would so it doesn't cause drowsiness. More like it provides my brain with more food so it can relax better. I can say it has even reduce some other overall symptoms. I do feel a great difference between the time I take it or not. When taking this magnesium compound, I found I am more and can handle more. I'm not as sensitive to stimuli or stress.
