i've only been taking Travacor for about a week and have been pleasantly surprised that it's been helping me sleep much better. I usually have trouble going back to sleep after getting up in the middle of the night, but I haven't this past week. My mood seems better in the morning when I get up. I feel more like doing things. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I would like to see how much it will help with my mood as time passes. I'm guessing it will take a few weeks to see the full effects.

You don’t enter REM sleep with these. It’s kinda trippy causing lucid dreams with surface sleep.

I use this a long with Kavinace just before going to sleep to try and naturally get my serotonin and GABA levels up as an aid to having to take Zoloft and Xanax, hoping I can take less of the drugs with these added in. For some reason, my body doesn't agree with TravaCor alone, but it does agree with it as long as I mix it with the right amount of Kavinace. One example would be take 3 capsules of TravaCor, and then 3 capsules of Kavinace and it makes a positive side effect free affect. As in why Amazon.com never carries Kavinace along with all else from NeuroScience it carries beats me. Because of that, I can never order Kavinace and TravaCor together here.

After taking every day for a month, this really has given me a more positive outlook. I feel like I can handle more and the little things that used to bug me just don’t. It’s nice not to always feel frustrated or annoyed! Definitely worth the money as similar products just haven’t worked as well as this one. But for sure give it time to work, I noticed changes by second or third week.
