Excellent! I got my blood work done this week and everything is perfectly balanced, thanks to this Shinyleaf Multivitamin. The bottle does have that vitamin smell but the vitamin itself does not give an after taste or smell. They're capsules so they're easy to swallow. Take WITH food, this is highly recommended. I am so pleased with these vitamins, definitely worth it!

I’ve tried various vitamins over past 20 yrs. after I had my gastric bypass surgery with an emphasis on absorption and iron. This is the first that is easy to take (as a capsule, is easy enough to swallow), no noticeable “taste”, and iron levels and other vitamins & mineral as Dr. suggested. I can finally feel a better my energy level improve.

Easy to swallow once-daily gelatin caps. Reasonably priced. Will update review if my bloodwork shows a related deficiency. It’s all about the numbers!
