I have used many different brands of Magnesium Oxide over the years and I always come back to Mag-Ox. I started using magnesium supplements on a recommendation for migraine prevention. However, I have also noticed that Mag-Ox also helps with my sleep and keeps me regular. Not every store carries this brand so I when I have ran out in the past, I have tried other brands but I am never as satisfied with results as I am with this one.
