It took a month or so to notice, but guys at work would bring up an old song or movie and I realized that I was remembering the names of musicians and actors I hadn't thought of in years. It truly does help!

Although a little pricey, I really like this stuff. When I use it, I don't seem to forget words ... words I use all of the time... in the middle of a sentence, for example.
