Hello, I just received my case. It is lovely. Only problem is that one of the 7 fans is not spinning - just light. But I already installed all my hardware inside the case. So I am not willing to take everything out and return the whole case for a replacement for just one fan. Since there is no other way of contacting you - I have to contact you here. I need a replacement fan. I am even willing to buy one, but you do not sell separately. But I need the same so it matches the other 6. I hope you get back to me!

had a bit of trouble with some screws but the case gives you some extras so it’s easy to work around that issue.

Le tuve que cambiar los ventiladores por qué no vienen completos y falta el control del mando, pero me quedo mejor que con los que viene.

Please read whole review! When i bought this PC Case from Kieders i ordered a red one. When i received the item the case was white. On account of opening it and seeing it wasn’t the color i ordered i also noticed damage. I quickly reached out to Kieders about the issue and they sent a new one. So while yes my initial experience wasn’t the best I’m all about second chances and I’m glad i gave them one. The new case is the color i ordered and free of damage. My friend also owns this case and got me to get one it’s a great product and i can’t wait to transfer my build into it. Thank you Kieders for your Outstanding Customer Service! Fantastic case, value for money and looks, I don't know why people are moaning about the 2 fans on the bottom front?, just use the extending adaptors and there's more than enough room to draw cold air over the motherboard and graphics card, all in all I love the case
