It's a a very good multivitamin. The first week felt energized and not easily tired. I even sleep better. It's easy to swallow and there is no after taste.

This looked like a great vitamin. It has all the good stuff, but as soon as I started using it my hair started falling out! I waited to give it a chance in case it was something else. But, nothing else changed except vitamins. I'm going to go back to Olly vitamins.
