Good product for price. Snug fit and sound quality is good. Although wire is a bit thin, so must be careful when using. Allows to connect to two devices at the same time. Good battery life. Overall good, but not the most amazing quality.

The product has no major defects. The only Achilles Heels it has are the wires/cables for the earbuds. The defect must not be underestimated. Thicker, better quality cables translate into durability. The impact of the defect isn't felt immediately. Over the months/years one of the phones would go bad spontaneously. Mine has. My experience with GoBoult Service Request procedure revealed to me that this company doesn't reflect the values of Amazon.com by its unethical, immoral, unprofessional practices. The Product Review had to be edited multiple times as it didn't pass the so-called Quality Control of Amazon.in. The webpage for GoBoult, link and screenshot for which is presently restricted by Amazon.in with a plea that effectively translates to the review containing information on an external link of GoBoult, clearly expresses that Service Requests could ONLY be raised for products lying within the Warranty period. Since I couldn't raise a service request with GoBoult for my product bought in Jan 2023, I had to post a permissible date. A service request was raised and a WhatsApp Message was received from the Delhivery Team for pickup. The limited Service related information that could be gleaned from the automated, limited WhatsApp and Email communications adds to frustration. Had I known prior, of this worst kind of quality of service that I would be subjected to from this fly-by-night GoBoult, I wouldn't have bought its products at the first instance itself. Overall, my experience with the product, the GoBoult product service-support & with Amazon.in appearing as an accomplice to the malpractices by restricting fair reviews should be used by wise buyers to decide judiciously.

I'm writing this review after one year of purchase and use. I got at a price of 799/- I am overly satisfied with this purchase, with absolutely no complaints. 1. The sound quality is very good in this price point (don't compare this to some 3000 rupees headphone). 2. battery life of this particular earphone is overwhelming, it takes only about 15 minutes to charge it fully, then it gives me a backup of more then 4-5 days (i use it for long time, to listen to music and to watch YT videos). 3.The Bluetooth range is also good. 4. It has a feature of multiple device connection. It gets connected with both my laptop and mobile at the same time, but it can play from only one source at a time (i.e. if i start playing music on my phone then the video that i am playing on my laptop gets muted automatically). but the earphone doesn't disconnect. *** Most Important*** Boult has forgot to mention that it has a hidden GAMING MODE where you get a low latency connection, you just have to press the middle button of the earpiece 4 times in a row to switch between gaming and music mode. Try it gamers 😉😉
