Very unprofessional
It’s really annoying that the relaxer i got is not same as the picture, why on earth would you post something and deliver something else, that’s just frustrating, I’m annoyed and disgusted 😡. I ordered for “extra strength“ but this human sent me “normal “, it doesn’t work for my hair 🤦🏽♀️.
