Good looking controller. Works for a freezer out of the box. No need to program or re-set for a standard routine used freezer. Worked fine for 2 weeks. I believe that the relay that controls the defrost heater has failed. I see 0 Amp on the heating element during defrost cycle and 8.6 Amps if I by-pass the controller and energize the heating element. I’ve replaced the controller under warranty, no charge to the customer. If it will fail again, I would try different brand name. Jan. 26, 2024. The replacement controller lasted for 2 weeks and…. The same failure with the defrost again! I spoke to a manager at local HVAC/Refrigeration warehouse and he did mention that someone was returning such a controller to his store for the very same failure… So, it’s a LOW QUALITY item.

I installed this unit on a LG refrigerator to replace the control board and it works very good .

Very nice looking unit but complicated to program and no tech support in the US.
