Extraordinary. Extreme. My darling hero or I become a hero for others with this shot ! This doesn’t cause any issues of your colon clearing after drinking it but it does boost concentration and energies. I use this for my desk works for my defence and ultra complex issues get easy and I can face anything with courage. It however does stimulates my nervous system like an electric shock and I feel a bit of shaky sensation after a shot like others commented . Slightly scary. Obviously I am not going to use this ultra strong shot except my true necessity. But I am facing the most challenging moment of my life now . The effect is dramatic. I really appreciate the product . My brain works . Hopefully this hardship stops and I turn this to my best opportunity of my life . It doesn’t depress me after use . For sports I use the powder version. When you are hyper challenged and got to face tough situations, and you desperately want to demonstrate your strength. This will help you like a hero to instantly wake you up and make you get focused. The effect lasts long hours for me . I have no issues with sleeping after a shot . But I would use this only when I am hyper challenged. I would not take them regularly as hyper strong to slap my nerves.

After hitting a slight plateau - I managed to overcome and achieve a new bench PR today. I purchased the Cola flavour and they taste fine. It's slightly concentrated but nothing crazy, I didn't have a sour aftertaste and it went down well. I am someone who has around 3 black coffees a day; with this context, I did not get itchiness or any sort of anxiety/shakes from this. I felt that I could focus on mind-muscle connection more which is a bonus and probably why I managed to hit a PR. The energy boost felt smooth and not a spike. It took around 15 minutes to start kicking in. These work out to be around £1.26 per shot which I think is worth it. Pair it with water + electrolytes you've got a smashing session ahead.

Found these to work well, made my skin tingle, so know they’re doing what they should be doing. They came loose is a box, not in the original packaging which I find to be very unprofessional.

I used to use a powder in my water bottle but struggled to drink it all before a workout. These are literally great to have in the car and drink on the way to the gym. These taste is quite bitter however work quickly and I always have a better workout. Ordering again soon.

Super handy shot size, to keep in my rucksack, workout bag, or even my car. A good alternative to sugary energy drinks. Consistent quality that you can expect from Optimum Nutrition, which I’ve trusted as my go-to supplement brand for years. The ready-to-drink shots lack some ingredients of powder based pre-workouts, such as creatine, but still provides a decent boost. The flavours are very strong aa expected for a PWO shot but tasty nonetheless.

The taste of this makes it hard to swallow, like it's some medicine, too chemical. If I didn't know what it is, I would've thought it's some washing up liquid... Anyway, performance is what matters in the end, so after a few minutes of taking it, you can feel some tingling to the face, ears, hands etc., but this fades in like 20-30 min. The energysing effect for me is very random, sometimes it gives me enough energy to have a fast 30 min workout, other times it's useless for a workout, it may only wake you up when tired or sleepy. Nevertheless, this proved to be stronger than ON pre-workout in powder form.

Es ist gut, am besten 20 Minuten vor dem Training oder vor einem sportlichen Event einnehmen. Wirkt solide, aber bitte noch verbessern, damit es richtig top / exzellent wird.
