We recently started using the Diono Cambria 2 XL High-Back Booster Seat, and overall we’re extremely happy with it. From setup to everyday use, this seat has been reliable, comfortable, and well-designed. Safety and Build: The dual latch connectors made installation straightforward and secure. It feels solid and stable in our vehicle, and the high-back design provides excellent support for both long and short trips. Comfort: My child says the seat is very comfortable, and the padding is plush without being bulky. The high back offers good head and neck support, which is especially nice on longer drives. Usability: Converting from high-back to backless booster is simple, which gives us flexibility as our child grows. The seat is also easy to clean — spills wipe up quickly — and the cover stays in place well. Fit: It fits nicely in both our smaller sedan and our larger SUV, and the compact footprint means it doesn’t eat up too much space. Easy to set up and install. Good design and soft. Smooth headrest adjustable. Downside: has a wider back hip than expected. Doesn’t fit my 2020 RAV4. It’s too tight of a fit when install clips are snugly in place. Due to that, my 6 year old, as well as myself (without modifying install) are unable to buckle the seatbelt. Upside: fits in my 2007 F150. So not returning… just gotta find another for my car. Hope this helps other parents with “To Fit or Not To Fit” question

The seat easily transitions from a high-back to a backless booster as my child grows, which is a great feature for getting long-term use out of it. The 7 headrest positions allow for a custom fit, and my child finds it very comfortable, even during long car rides. The pink color is vibrant and fun, and my child loves it.
