Amazing product for type 1 diabetics. It stays cold for a long period of time. Perfect for traveling. Size is great not to bulky.

Sturdy and works well
The container is sturdy and well-made. It maintains a steady temperature for a long day of travel. The extra bottle allows you to fill it with cold water to keep your medication cool in case you are not able to refreeze your ice pack after an extended period. I am very pleased with this item and would recommend.

Great Cooler Bottle that maintains consistent cool temps for medicine
I compared this cooler bottle to another Name Brand unit and it outperformed the Brand unit over my 2-day test. This bottle kept consistent very cold temperature for over 24 hours and remained under 50 degrees for another 24 hours. During the 2 days tested, it never got so warm that the medicine would be affected. However, the Name Brand unit only lasted half as long & during the second day, the inside bottle temp was 75 degrees, the same as my kitchen. It was like I'd left the lid off the bottle. My decision was made! Plus the better bottle came with a sleeve to protect the medicine bottles.

Does a decent job for 18-24 hours.
Works decent. I wish it was in Fahrenheit and not Celsius seeing how it’s being sold in the USA. It was at 38 degrees when I first put the frozen gel container in. After 24 hours, see photo, it was approximately 50 degrees Fahrenheit. And this was just a test sitting on my kitchen counter in a home I keep at 65 degrees. My guess is it will hold up well on a 8-10 hour car ride.

Useful in transporting medicine needing to stay cool
While traveling I use this to transport medicine that requires refrigeration. It works. It fits well in my purse and backpack. If you need to keep something cool. this does work. Just be sure to follow the prep because you can't do that prep last minute.

Works!
I’ve used this on several trips now. It works well. Most TSA people recognize it (but not all). I don’t have to worry about keeping meds cool while traveling anymore.
