Happy with this product ,considering the heat and weather here in Las Vegas .I next to never took it down even in the worst of conditions .I did spray it a year ago with water repellent to help UV and water protection ..but its still up and the mess around the upper tier has not lasted as long ( maybe dryrot?) For $70 a year I think it's worth replacing . protect s my pool toys and floats as well .

We purchased this canopy in April to use this summer. Our back patio gets sweltering hot in the summer. We finally put it together last night it took 3 people to be able to pull it out enough to snap it in place. Then my husband was the only one strong enough to push the top into place and even that was a struggle. Finally once we got it together we noticed that one of the rods was snapped. We tried the tape it together thinking it would be fine and we could just make it work. We'll this morning we woke up to it being completely caved in. After some moving we got it back up right again. Honestly I think it would be fine if the piece foe the one corner wasn't broke. I still think it would be extremely hard to put up though and I would for sure have to have my husband push it up. Just super sad that we got 1 day out of this.

Love this gazebo. It’s exactly what we’ve wanted. Keeps bugs out and provides nice shade as well as light rain protection. Only negatives is the instructions aren’t super easy to understand. Took a bit of figuring out but once we got it figured out it was easy to finish. Hopefully it lasts a while

This gazebo is well worth the price! I did have a slight tear in one of the screens and it was replaced at no charge. I leave it zipped up at all times and the bottom stays down on my patio snug enough that we have not had one mosquito all year inside the gazebo. I have held several parties that fit in the gazebo. For instance, I have a propane fire pit in the middle of the patio, a follow reclining chaise lawn chair, a park bench that seats 3 adults, 3 patio chairs with matching side tables, a lighted tree, a box fan, and a 4’ table where we keep the buffet. We did add a couple of lawn chairs for one party and had to sit the 4’ table outside the gazebo. This gazebo was easy to set up and unfortunately, with Iowa winter fast approaching, I am going to take the gazebo down for the winter (hopefully winter will be short lived this year). I did string solar lights up in the gazebo and they added a nice tough in the evenings. This gazebo is one of my favorite outdoor features! The customer service was great when I discovered the screen tear, I was just asked to take a photograph and download it to the company. They apologized for the inconvenience and a box came with a new screen in it. NO COMPLAINTS about this gazebo or the customer service!

No customer service at Yaheetch!!!!!!!!!11 This 11x11 pop up product is an inferior product. We used it for about 4 months. Took it down, stored it in a climate-controlled area. Took it out this may, put up the frame, when we went to put up the sides and top mesh pieces/vent. The mesh pieces literally fell apart. I contacted Amazon & Yaheetch, to see what could be done as, yes it was over a year, but how would I know the mesh would not hold up? I reached out to Yaheetch, multiple times through email, phones calls, etc. I even contacted some on Linkedin from Yaheetch. Because we were hosting a graduation party, we had to purchase another pop up canopy. So here I am almost 4 months later, no word, amazon tells me again to reach out to the company, really? They have not responded to Amazon, why would they respond to me. Frustrating that Amazon allows this seller to continue to sell items on their website that are defective. As of today, I canceled my Amazon account. I'm not paying to be frustrated or taken advantage of. I only gave this a 1 star as you don't have any other options, I would give it -5 stars at best!!!!!!

Extremely impressed with the quality of this Canopy. I did not expect a whole lot compared to my Coleman but dammit if I am not impressed. I had it up all summer long. It survived some crazy wind and rain storms with no issue. I plan to buy another next spring for a vacation property.

*Easy Set Up: Definitely need at least 2 people. No tools needed except for ladder. Pulled out n opened up easily except for locking top in place. *Large Space: It's a good size but saying 10 people can sit comfortably is pushing it. Maybe 8 at most, 5-6 larger with smaller table n chairs and at least half having to get up if someone needs to use bathroom. *Upgrade Fabric: That may be but I would hate to be under the lower grade. Said fabric is water repellant n includes waterproof sealing tape to protect against water pooling in wet conditions. I don't honestly what tape it's talking about n we had no water pooling because the water just came right through the fabric. We ended up having to cancel our cookout we got it for since our chairs were all wet n we were just inside all getting wet. So I wasn't about to test for the flame resistant fabric it claimed to have. The removable netting was really sagging n the pest were most definitely coming in making themselves at home. We used clothes pins around the top to try to somewhat solve that problem. *Additional Notes: The middle tie n bottom velcro tore right off the one corner as we were putting it together. We didn't understand why or how it would tear so easily when the netting was so loose. Unless it wasn't sewn on very well as it was only the one corner. All n all it's better quality, stronger, n easier set up than many others I've tested out over the years. I'm out of the sun, and not getting bitten or chased by bees with the help of all the clothes pins n wire tied where velcro ripped off. Gave 3 stars cause I think with a bit of tweaking you could have a really good product.

Now that its wintertime I can give a full review. This gazebo surpassed my expectations. I thought it would be made from cheap quality materials, but I was wrong. The mosquito netting worked as expected as we have horrible mosquitos. Also had 0 issues with the wind wanting to take it and we only used the stakes to hold it.
