As a recipient of Mercier therapy myself, I can say with complete confidence that Dr. Jennifer Mercier is an absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable practitioner who cares deeply for the women in her care. Two months post Mercier Therapy I was blessed with a positive pregnancy test, and nine months later a beautiful baby boy. This was after several years of trying to conceive and many losses as well.Dr. Jen’s therapy felt right, and my body responded well. Through her extensive knowledge of women's reproductive health and through the skill of her hands, Dr. Jen opens the channels for blessing.This book is the first step in preparing one’s body for a gentler conception. Currently reading it but love it so far! Highly recommend to anyone struggling with fertility. She’s positive, uplifting, knowledgeable, and clearly talented after helping so many women.

This is a quick read that is filled with vital & helpful information you definitely want to know. Dr. Mercier shares so many great facts & stories, it truly is a must read if you are working on starting a family or adding to your family. She is able to clearly explain all about a woman's cycle, address common mistakes we all make & natural solutions that are much more affordable. It is also comforting to read both her personal story as well of stories of the women she has helped over the years conceive more naturally & gently. This book leaves you feeling more empowered about your choices & your body so I highly recommend it!

This was one of those books that you can’t put down and revisit. I was so intrigued to complete the book in one sitting!I personally relate to Dr. Mercier’s infertility journey and I really appreciate how she tells her own story along with offering the reader her personal and professional opinion on what steps to take to conceive. The theme of hope continues throughout the book and ends with many success stories of different couples facing their own unique infertility struggles and ending with a baby! The Mercier Method is truly a God-given gift! 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

Dr. Mercier has written a beautiful book. And on top of that, it is a wealth of information. What I love about Mercier's work and her book is that it is rooted in a myriad of relevant lived experience, of working in "the medical system" and being behind the scenes of ART, and from a long history in alternative/complementary care. She does what few are able to: give you a balanced perspective of fertility challenges and how you can maximize your chances of conceiving a healthy baby and have your body cared for in the process. Please read before considering fertility interventions. The earlier you read this book, the greater positive impact it can have in your own journey.

I loved the way the author explained the body and it’s systems and functions so simply. I learned correlations between different hormones that I didn’t know prior, with much reading on these topics. I also appreciate her openness to using fertility treatments, but her resolve that they aren’t the only option for everyone. I cried and I highlighted and I will be back to reference and reread. I will recommend this book to everyone. And I hope to someday meet a Mercier Therapist myself.
