Seasoning, Umami Seasoning, add a delicious roasted flavor without adding meat, no added MSG, 27 fl oz Bottle

This has been my go to soy sauce umami seasoning for over 20 years. It bumps anything you make up a notch. I added it to all kinds of fried rice, Spanish rice and beans, and it is excellent in a marinade for chicken, pork or beef. I also use it as a substitute for standard soy sauce when it comes to sushi.

So 😋 tasty. Adds flavor to soup, stew, etc

Can’t find this in any stores around us anymore. Happy to find it on Amazon! But beware, it comes in a bottle the size of a wine bottle.

Excellent for use on many dishes. Enjoy favor, discovered when stationed in Germany, have used quite a few years.

I bought this to use with making some non-meat (gluten) steaks. It does have a nice roasted type of flavor without adding any meat sauce. I am not a vegetarian, but this seems to be a good seasoning to add if you want the meat type of flavor but not the actual meat. It is a nice size (27 oz) and has no trans fats, saturated fats or carbohydrates. If you are gluten sensitive, then this would not be good for you as it does have wheat gluten and roated flour. It also contains sugar and wheat bran. It is good for adding flavor to soups, broths and gravies as well.

But really good seasoning.

Holy moly. This is a big bottle. This is like a lifetime supply of deliciousness and the ultimate secret ingredient. Great value for money but the bottle is a bit massive and unwieldy, so it’s easy to over pour it. The seasoning and taste maggi offers is unbeatable though, I’ll add a little here and there to everything. It adds a wonderful rich salty umami flavour. A little will go a very long way, you don’t need much to really bring any dish to life.
