Love this
We bought this for our motorhome and love the fact it has a stop button for the flow. It has lasted three years and worked very well. Just bought a new one.

Almost 2 Yr Lifespan
I've had this almost 2 years now (Sept 09 2022) and recently started leaking, I replaced the filter beads, cleaned all parts and hand tighten all the connections which were loose and now it's as good as new again. Note: don't use any tool to tighten to the plastic piece only use your hands to tighten this.

Great showerhead, weak cradle
This is a fantastic product for people with sensitive skin and works wonders to help keep your body feeling cleaner after every shower. The only downside is the hardware that comes with it to hold it to the wall fails after a few months and snaps off at the base, causing the showerhead to fall. I've bought this product twice now because of this. I still HIGHLY recommend this product, but do yourself a favor and go ahead and anchor it to your wall yourself and don't use what they provide you in the kit.

Bought this to replace the shower head at camp, this is amazing. The pressure on this is crazy.

NOT HIGH PRESSSURE
Ok overall this is an ok item. It is not high pressure though. I live in a camper and bought this to increase high pressure from my water heater. However changing the head ain't gonna do it. I need a more powerful pump going into my water source. A run of the mill shower head although I am sure it would be fine with a city water feed already at pressure.

Defective design and build
It was easy to install. When I first received this product I noticed that is was about 98 percent hard plastic except for a few small metal parts. After I installed the product I decided to take a shower and test it. It took about 2 minutes before it broke at the swivel. It sprayed water all over my bathroom. Inside instead of having a rubber type gasket it had a cheap plastic ring that broke so there was no fixing it. Were it connects to the shower should really be made out of metal if nothing else in order to support the weight of the hand held shower unit.I can not recommend this product. It is not built good enough for its intended purpose.
