నవంబర్ 19th న నాకు hair oil, shampoo అందలేదు. Delivered అని చూసినప్పుడు నేను అప్పుడే complaint చేశాను. నాకు మంగళవారం (25th నవంబర్) పంపుతాము అని ఒక message వచ్చింది. ఇంతవరకు నాకుఅందలేదు. మధ్యలో 2 or 3 times నేను message ఫార్వర్డ్ చేశాను.
