These adjustable hinges work great on my door, which weighs 180 lbs. The hydraulic mechanism ensures a smooth and controlled closing action, eliminating the need for slamming doors. I don't have any pictures of it installed YET, but this hinge will be used in a hidden door idea I'm trying out. I will update this review after the project is complete. Until then, I can only say everything seems to be high quality. Every single part of this thing is heavy and well-made. There are no sharp edges or hydraulic leaks. The instructions are garbage. The only instructions were two identical black and white pages with limited illustrations. I was amazed that such a nice item didn't come with an installation guide. Someone skilled would probably know what to do, but not me. Thankfully, I found instructions from similar items on the internet. Maybe homeowners and DIYers are not their target customers?

These hinges are really heavy-duty and well-built. I was surprised by how heavy the box was when it came which tells you how hefty these hinges are. It comes in a kit with everything that you will need to install them. The instructions are very simple and short so I would suggest watching a tutorial or finding other instructions online if you get stuck installing these.
