I bought two of these for our bathrooms/master bedroom I live in a mobile home in FL and humidity is a concern. Virtually no set up, unbox, plug in and go. It’s compact and works great! It’s very satisfying to see all the moisture it collects. I like that it’s quiet and the soft light feature is a plus as a night light. My home feels and smells fresher. Customer service is like nothing I’ve experienced. They are polite and quick to solve any issues. I feel very confident with my purchase and I highly recommend. You cannot go wrong with this dehumidifier!

This is quiet and very efficient. I wore out the last one this size which lasted a long time. It keeps my little laundry room from getting mold. It sits on top of my dryer and has lights if I want. It's worth the money with an automatic turn off when full. I recommend it!

Easy to use, efficient, quiet, and reliable. I really like it, and it's nice and compact so I've been able to find good spots for it in every room I've needed it in. I've had it in multiple bedrooms by now, thanks to moving a fair amount, and always found this to be a huge improvement to every one once I got it plugged in and running.

I purchased this dehumidifier on March 31, 2023 after dealing with a leak in my bedroom during the rainy season. Even after the repairs were done, the room still smelled damp. I originally bought this model along with a smaller one. The smaller unit stopped working after about four months, but this one has been a complete workhorse for over two and a half years. I live in Southern California, so humidity is not typically extreme, but my bedroom is about 143 square feet and I usually have to empty the tank at least once a week. It consistently pulls a surprising amount of moisture from the air, and I definitely notice the difference in how the room feels and smells. It is a little louder than I expected. I can hear it from the hallway as I’m walking toward the bedroom. I don’t mind the noise since it works as white noise for me, but it may matter to someone who prefers a very quiet unit. The built-in light has been one of my favorite features. It works as the perfect nightlight because it gives the room a soft glow without disrupting my sleep. I also love the gentle color-changing effect. When the tank is full, the unit automatically stops pulling in air, although the light stays on. Last week (December 3, 2025), the full tank light came on, and I unplugged the unit to reset it, as I’ve done from time to time. You can’t turn the power off when the tank is full, so unplugging it is the only option. I usually empty it when I see it’s almost full. This time, the power did not turn back on. Instead, it kept making a faint beeping noise and would not restart. Given the price, how long it lasted, and how much use it got, I still feel it performed well above my expectations. I didn’t repurchase this model only because I wanted one with a larger tank.

I am very happy with this dehumidifier I have a few around the house, in the living room and bedrooms upstairs. It is a small and relatively quiet unit that is very easy to use. We live in Florida and get full on a weekly basis. I took a picture with a box of cereal for size reference. It is a small but mighty dehumidifier! Works better in rooms with the blinds up and closed doors. Just recently one stopped working and I called customer service before ordering one just in case it was an easy fix and not only they were very nice helping me troubleshooting they sent me a replacement one! Very happy with this product and their customer service! Thank you!

Living in humid Oregon, we keep this dehumidifier in our closet, where we store leather items that tend to develop mold. After about 4 months of running it constantly, it’s still working great. It’s small but the perfect size for a closet and fits nicely where humidity tends to sit in our house. The tank usually fills up every 5 days, automatically shuts off when full, and is very easy to remove and empty. There’s also no bad scent coming from the unit. It’s very simple to use. There are only two buttons, and that’s all it needs. It’s quiet, lightweight, and easy to move if needed. The color-changing lights are a nice bonus and act like a soft night light. Out of curiosity, I tested humidity levels: our bedroom measured about 65% while the closet near the dehumidifier measured about 63%. That may not sound like a huge difference, but closets here tend to trap more moisture, and we’ve definitely seen fewer mold spots since using it. For the size and purpose, I think it’s priced well and works exactly as expected for small spaces.

I've had this a year and it stopped working about two weeks ago. It won't collect any water - I reached out to customer service and they were extremely helpful. They responded quickly were polite and when they determined my product was not working replaced the item quickly. It's a pleasure to have some quality customer service. The new unit works great !!

From the moment I unpacked it, the setup was straightforward and fuss-free. The control panel is intuitive: just plug it in and set the desired humidity level. it quietly runs in the background. Cleaning the water tank is easy. The bucket is accessible and the “tank full” indicator takes is super obvious, so I don’t have to guess when it’s time to empty. It’ll turn off the machine also so you don’t have to worry about it overfilling. It fits comfortably in a corner of our room without being obtrusive. For the price it hits a sweet spot: compact form, solid moisture removal in a smaller space, plus the features you’d hope for (auto shut-off, decent tank size). It doesn’t feel like a budget compromise rather, like a savvy purchase. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to increase the tank capacity slightly. Because the unit is so efficient at pulling moisture out, the water collection bucket sometimes fills sooner than I expected. While it’s not a deal-breaker (emptying is simple and quick), for very damp conditions I’d love a bit more buffer before I have to intervene. Also, while the noise level is low and unobtrusive, in ultra-quiet nighttime settings you might hear a gentle hum. Very near silent, but not entirely imperceptible if you’re extremely sensitive to sound.
