Not bad ,may be hard to swallow for some,I'm using these on my doctor's recommendation please do that also.

I think the quality is probably decent, but the tablet is just far too big, and sticks because it's very powdery. It sometimes hurts when it sticks in the throat. I will be looking for another

they work if u get bloated but don’t take 2 at once because i had heart palpitations and they might be hard to swallow if you’re not amazing at taking tablets but if you’re used to a bigger sized paracetamol it’ll be okay :)
