I've made several tops from this pattern. It is quick and easy to sew. I like the way it fits me and I've gotten several compliments from friends.

Perfect for me

The pattern is great, it was brand new and still neatly folded in the original package. Unfortunately as an "apple" shaped person. I can only use the blouses as is. I have to upsize the pants/shorts pattern myself.

Not sure how to write a review for a pattern. Haven't sewn in years but bought a sewing machine a year or two ago to alter my clothes after losing weight. Then inherited a bunch of fabric from my mom after cleaning out her house and started making masks. Then couldn't find pj shorts and tops I liked so used some of the fabric for pjs. This pattern isn't meant for pjs but it works. So far I've made two pairs of pj shorts and pair them with tank tops. I left the pockets off to make it even easier. I had no idea patterns had increased in price like this!!! The pattern is marked $17.95 but got it on Amazon for $12 something. If you can't read English the instructions are also in Spanish. There is so much pattern and info in envelope I can't fit it all back in so it all went in a Ziploc bag. Back when I used to sew with patterns you had to know your size and only one size came in a pattern package. This has four sizes in it I believe, which was nice, because I never seem to fit on size charts for clothes so had no idea what size to use for the shorts so cut it out for biggest size and went from there. The measurements are pretty much correct on the envelope but I figure it's better to start big and if you need to take it up you can. I think I've gotten brave enough to make shorts to wear in the daytime. That's next. Plan to try the tops also soon. I spent quite a bit of time researching different "easy" patterns for pants and shorts and thought this was the best since it has so many top and bottom options.

Finally found this type of pattern when I need it. It is for three types of tops plus an easy fit pants or shorts. The extras needed are minimal, such as thread, elastic and interfacing. I think it would be a good for beginner sewists.Now, to dig out my fabric stash and get to sewing business casual outfits! 😁

Was looking for simple style patterns that may be easier to make adjustments. Will be making the top for someone and this simple style is perfect.

I've always like simplicity patterns, My mother also used them while I was growing up, I watched her sew, using simplicity patterns. they are very easy to work with, also the instructions they give, are very helpful, and easy to understand even for beginner sewers, I was looked for such a pattern in other stores, but for the price and that I finally found this pattern, I'll always get my sewing patterns from amazon. thank you very much Lori Todd

I really like this pattern. For a beginner sewer like myself it worked well! I was able to understand it well enough with my limited sewing/pattern knowledge and have made a couple of very nice shirts. I like to wear natural fibres and it's almost impossible to find ladies cotton shirts nowadays so I decided I'll just have to make some. This pattern gives different options which is nice, one shirt has inset sleeves, the other has built in sleeves which is quite easy.
