I love Real Ketones! My favorite is the orange cream with MCT. But I love the flavors of the Shift! They're all a tiny bit in the tart side so I add 2x the water to help with that. More water never hurt anyone. For cost versus flavor and results I feel like all of the Real Ketones product are a good value. Shift helps me maintain ketosis while the Elevate helps me get back to ketosis or boosts me if I fall behind. I appreciate the flavor variety pack because sometimes one flavor just "gets old" after a week.

Have been drinking another brand for a year or so and switched to these because of cost but they work and put me in Ketosis just as well they taste great and give me energy!

I started with the orange blast. I was skeptical that this stuff would put me in ketosis but my blood glucose/ketone monitor measures between 1.1 - 1.5 plus I loved the flavor. I purchased the peach with caffeine, lemon, and chocolate. The day the black cherry was released, I ordered. I love all the flavors. So good. This in combination with the keto diet and intermittent fasting, the weight is coming off. I can hardly wait for the new flavor and I just order more peach.

Taste is good. Random single packages in the bag that were stuck together and unusable and noticed that some packages had more powder than others. Not sure if I will buy again.

I like the cherry flavor adding it to my brewed ice tea. My husband adds it to a glass of water. We both like the memory benefit.

..despite eating carbs the rest of the day. I start my morning with one packet in my shaker and fast til lunch even when I am on carb days, I still have a decreased appetite. And when I was on keto while taking these, I experienced even more ketosis, almost zero appetite, and no cravings. There’s def great results or I wouldn’t be paying the hefty price on these lol I have it on subscription.

First batch I received did not declare any flavoring in the ingredient list. Another batch I ordered just said "flavors", and now the label says "natural flavors" when the product absolutely tastes like it has artificial flavoring. I sent a message in August of last year inquiring about the discrepancy and asking for clarification on which is accurate and they said they would have to ask their quality control team. I have followed up several times since then and still have not received an answer. If their labeling practices are sloppy, what else are they being sloppy about?

Typically love this product, bought several times great flavour and devolved nicely. However last order half the packs were rock hard and clumped together inside almost like they had gotten wet??? Packaging seemed ok though. Disappointing for the the price but hopefully this doesn't become a regular thing
