Great taste
For anyone on a keto diet, in my opinion this is the best sweetener available. I've been on keto for little more than a year now and have tried just about every sweetener and sweetener combination available. In order to get things sweet enough pure Stevia is hard to measure and if you use too much can be bitter. Erythritol has an aftertaste that for a lot of people feel is not pleasant. I've even tried Stevia and erythritol combinations. Allulose tastes pretty good, but when you use enough of it to get the desired sweetness (it is only 70% the sweetness of sugar) it can be very hard on the digestive system. The only one I haven't tried is monk fruit. I have always liked Splenda. Its main sweetening ingredient is sucralose. Sucralose by itself for me has everything you would want in a sweetener. It has a very low glycemic index and can be measured exactly like sugar to get the desired sweetness. It truly does have 0 calories and 0 carbohydrates. The problem with Splenda and any other generic powdered sucralose is that the sucralose must be cut with something in order to create the powdered form similar to sugar. The ingredients in Splenda are dextrose, maltodextrin, and sucralose. It is those fillers that cause the problem. They create a high glycemic index and contribute to the small amount of carbohydrates in Splenda. Since the FDA permits the labeling as zero carbohydrates if the serving size is less than 1 g, the Splenda label is permitted to advertise zero carbohydrates. This is for one packet of Splenda. If you use a half cup of Splenda in your baking you will get a few carbohydrates for the entire recipe as well as the high glycemic index. Sucralose, purchased as a liquid has all of the advantages of Splenda without the carbohydrates and the high glycemic index. SUCRADROPS provides a convenient and affordable method of getting sucralose. Each drop is the equivalent of one half packet of Splenda. I was skeptical of that until I tried it. It does seem to be on target. In one bottle there over 1300 equivalent packets of Splenda. This makes it very affordable even when Splenda is purchased in a 1000 packet box in a wholesale club. And the little bottle that they give you is perfect for taking out to restaurants. Be very careful when purchasing SUCRADROPS on Amazon. There is one vendor that is trying to sell the exact same bottle combination for twice the price.

Amazing value. One bottle lasts years.
I have been buying this product for several years at this point. I wish they hadn't replaced the glass bottle they used to package it in with a plastic bottle. Other than that, I will always keep purchasing this. My last bottle I bought on September 2023 and has lasted me until now, the beginning of 2026. I use it mainly for sweetening my coffee in the morning as well as low calorie lemonade. Sometimes I will add it to smoothies to boost the sweetness a bit. Great flavor and a little goes A LONG way. I only need 4-5 drops in my morning latte to make it quite sweet.

An Excellent Deal
This is an excellent product for those of us who must restrict our sugar intake. In my opinion, it is far more convenient than those little yellow paper packets. Flavor is indeed just like sugar, with the obvious advantage of instant dispersion into even ice-cold beverages, since there is nothing to dissolve. Since there are no yellow envelopes, there are no scraps of yellow paper all over the table and the floor. One drop = one teaspoon of sugar = one yellow envelope of sucralose powder. As the instructions state, during use, a small amount of the product will crystallize on the neck of the blue glass dropper bottle. I just ignore it, but if it bothers you, it is easily wiped away with a paper towel moistened with a bit of warm water. I can detect a very slight bitter background taste in the concentrated liquid, undoubtedly due to the presence of sodium benzoate as a preservative to prevent the growth of bacteria and fungi in the solution. Until such time as a totally tasteless, but equally safe and effective substitute for sodium benzoate is discovered, its use here is unavoidable. (The solution also contains a small amount of succinic acid, a naturally occurring organic acid with many important functions in the body, presumably to lower the pH of the solution to the range in which sodium benzoate is most effective, but its concentration is too low for me to detect its characteristic tart taste.) The use of blue glass dropper bottles instead of the more common plastic squeeze dropper bottles is a nice touch. The blue glass protects the solution from light, thus insuring that it will retain its full potency through its best-used-by date. The little refillable travel bottle which the manufacturer includes with the twin-pack I purchased is an extra bonus. It even arrived full of extra SucraDrops. All in all, an excellent deal which I will certainly re-order.

Packaging Leaked
This is a wonderful, long-lasting product. I’ve been buying it for years. It was recently unavailable, so I was delighted to see it back. Unfortunately, it arrived a third-empty. The packing bag was soaked, and it had leaked into the delivery box. Though the cap was sealed with the plastic sleeve, it was still partially open. I won’t deal with the mess in order to return, but the packing method needs attention.

My favorite liquid sucralose.
Excellent sweetener - best liquid sucralose I've used - no bitter aftertaste at all. Came promptly and in good condition. I like the addition of the little miniature bottle too, as it made it easy to bring with me for when I was eating out to sweeten tea, coffee, and cocktails. The pipettes are excellent in that they help control how much liquid is dispensed and you can count the drops and not oversweeten. Unfortunately due to being glass one of the pipettes broke at the tip a little leaving me concerned about having glass shards in the sweetener itself. Luckily the piece lingered at the bottom of the bottle until it was finished and didn't cause any damage or harm. Ideally I'd love to see something like this with a plastic pipette to prevent breaking, and maybe a better seal on the lid/pipette top as it tended to leak a little and leave the white, hard residue at the top.

Great drops! Keto/Adkins friendly. Best tasting of the alternatives.
This is the liquid form of sucralose (Splenda – the yellow packet stuff). I have brought this product a few times over the past couple of years. Pros: Dropper makes for easy use. Drops are more concentrated than the Splenda brand, so this lasts me quite a bit longer. The small bottle is perfect for traveling, which I do for work a lot. Liquid avoids all the weird powder and paper wasted by using packets - better for the body and the earth. The larger size is nice to have on hand for cooking, or just for convenience so I don't have to order as often. I have tried may other sugar substitutes. For me: Stevia (green packets) is bitter, I can’t tolerate the taste. Aspartame (blue packets) makes me hungry and cranky (do your research on this one, it has been linked to a lot of nasty long-term effects and increasing appetite by messing with your hormones, which is just mean). Monk fruit I like too – it is good for some things, like desserts, but has a bit of a fruity, vanilla flavor that doesn't work well in things like coffee. It’s great for keto baked bread desserts and to put on low-glycemic fruit, like semi-sweet blackberries. Erythritol I like, but I've not found a convenient liquid. Maltitol is gross - it upsets your stomach, and - it's got carbs in it/will increase your blood sugar and knock you out of ketosis. Xylitol tastes yummy and used to be one of my "go to" products - until I learned that it works like a carb; it hits your body at about 30% of what sugar does, so it's not a zero calorie/keto friendly product. Sweet and low (the pink stuff) is my second choice these days. It can be a bit bitter (not as much a stevia for me), it's really strong and you don't need to use much; it has an aftertaste that reminds you it’s fake. For me, sucralose has a "cleaner" flavor, more like sugar and without an aftertaste. Cons: The big bottle is now plastic, I would have preferred glass. Is this BPA free? I don't see it on the bottle. The dropper is fine for measuring and distributing the liquid. However, if you happen to knock over the bottle when you're using the dropper you've just lost your expensive product. There is not rubber split valve on the top to even slow the flow, and the bottles are easy to knock over, particularly the little, light one. Also, if the lid isn't on tight and someone (like your spouse or kid) knocks it over it will leak out... and again, there goes your expensive product. I would prefer some type of squeeze bottle if they are going to plastic anyways. Overall I rate this as my favorite liquid substitute and will keep using it. I do wish they would find better packaging, but it’s still superior so I gave it a 5.
