After 2.5 years it finally go down it was quite unexpected. Tried to replace the fuse again but it doesn’t work. I guess I ran it non-stop for few minutes Never Jam so far noise are acceptable But still recommend to get spare 3A fuse just in case.

I needed a new shredder as my old one was kaput! I read a lot of reviews and decided to go for this Fellowes one. It's still in good nick a few years later! It was very reasonably priced considering its efficacy. I recommend this item and its seller. Thanks!

Quieter than my last machine. Good cutting blades and powerfull enough for at least 4 sheets.

Strong and efficient

My old Fellowes shredder finally stopped working after around 12 years. Took advantage of a nearly new price from Amazon (about 20%) off and bought this model which is a cross shredder and capable of up to 6 pages in on go. I’d say no way to that. The shredder immediately ground to a halt and promptly overheated. Fortunately after cooling down or it would have gone back after first use. I’d say just shred 2-3 pages at a time and it should be fine. Seems to be a theme- unless it’s a big unit they can never shred the maximum stated pages. Should be fine for home use- bank statements , old bills etc but if you’re shredding a lot and often I would look for a bigger/ stronger unit.
