I’ve gotten water in my basement several times and have used this to dry the concrete floor. It has four or five speeds and does blow hard on the highest speed. I like that it has a little leg underneath that so you can have it blow higher lower. Good product I would recommend this.

I have a place out in the mountains with a lot of snow. Our UTV and snowblower would come into the garage and water was going everywhere after the snow melted. Now I open the garage door about 3 feet off the ground and put two of these in place blowing at the equipment for about 3-4 hrs and now the melting snow and water all get blown out the garage instead of making a big mess. Also drys floors very fast. Works pretty good. Since each one is 8.5A, I run two at power level two in order to stay below the 15A outlet limit. It would have been nice if this product has power outlets for daisy chaining like smaller XPOWER P-230AT, but I'm guessing they did not include outlets because just two of these could theoretically trip a 15A outlet (8.5A x 2 = 17A). Also, it would have been nice if power level 1 was a 'quiet' level. All three levels are powerful and somewhat loud. But over all, also can't blame them - you don't grab this one for small jobs. This unit is about as big as you can get and still have it easy to carry around. The overall quality and design is excellent. Very solid and rugged product. Power cable is nice and long.

Needed a strong Air Mover/Dryer to dry out some rugs. Did a lot of research and the X-Power seemed to be the brand to buy. Bought this for the power and it does have outstanding power. Great build quality and seems very durable. Finished the job quickly and great results. This one doesn’t have the extra piggy back outlets, but I got a great deal on these. Highly recommend X-Power brand.

This thing works great in the grooming room for drying dogs. It's super fast . Super quiet . Not to heavy. Definitely a good purchase

I purchased this to help dry out under my home after Hurricane Florence flooded the crawl space. When I received it I was happy with the overall build quality, and it had enough weight to where I could tell that the manufacturer did not cheap out on the housing to where it appeared fragile. I've had this blower for approx. a month now and have been running it continuously shifting it around all of the foundation vents around my house with outside temperatures anywhere from 40-90f and in high humidity and it's just kept humming along fine. All said I would buy it again and feel it was a good value for the money.

from time to time, we get water in our basement, and need such a fan. it’s one of the best units I have seen so far for our purposes, it seems very well-built, powerful, and an excellent overall value. you can use it to dry anything from a floor, walls, ceiling or anything in between with the pivoting design, which interestingly they is done by tilting the fan in any number of different positions where it will rest on one of the sets of feet corresponding to the angle you want. Anywhere from blowing horizontally across the floor, 45°, up to straight up toward the ceiling. it seems to do well at staying where are you put it it doesn’t seem to vibrate or walk along the floor. if I had to find something to criticize, it might just be that the manual as is the case with many s’more products is confusing as to what features you should actually be getting because it is written for several different models. But the unit itself is solid, and should provide many years of hard labor for those who buy it. and the highest speed, it is somewhat on the noisy side but that is a trade off one buying a fan needed to push lots of air in a short time to help get the job done. Don’t hesitate to get this fan.

I researched UL certified cage, overhead floor dryers by every company and every sort that blew water off to dry because I did not want to dry out my dogs' skin with heat, a many groomers' sites recommendation . My 2 Belgian Tervuren come into their indoor x-pen from outside acreage and are soaked, we live in Seattle area. I was so tired of the back breaking, time consuming , hand drying them 3 or more times a day before coming into house, even though I have 2 high end professional dryers, also UL certified, for when I Show. When it really rained I could not work in my office without constantly breaking to care for my pups. I taught them to learn to "dry-dry" to acclimate to the noise, and they always got a treat afterwards. It is loud, I worry about effects on their hearing although they can move about freely in large space x-pen, so the timer set for 30 minutes is ideal. 'Can set it up different ways on the floor. I even called the company before purchase to discuss pros/cons with competition dryers. It more than fits the bill, now to test how it will hold up over time because use daily until we have our summer. Right now, it is a dream for me. If problems occur as reported above, I will re-report.

The fact that this thing blows is a good thing! I have been running it non-stop for 2 weeks since I purchased it, and so far no issues. Strong, continuous blowing, definitely worth the money so far. Already paid for itself in my wet basement, since renting would have been more than double the cost by this point. And since I own it now, I can use it again whenever I need it!
