Expensive for the Quantity
These are plain Marine Collagen capsules, and there is only a months worth in a pack, so I found them not to be cost effective. The recommendations are 2 a day and I didn't notice any results as I only took them for the month before switching to their other 5 types of Collagen in one supplement.
