Is this product useful for swimmers?

In my opinion, yes. This is a deep tissue oxygenator. Oxygen is a foundational energy delivery system of the body. My experience with this product is that I can have a heavy leg day today and recover well enough to run 3 miles non-stop tomorrow. I hope this helps with your decision.
