Well Made and substantial, Doesn't swivel, fixed only
Very well made and of substantial construction. Unfortunately the Swing Hanger doesn't swivel, fixed only welded and not as advertised which slightly limits its usefulness.

BRILLIANT FOR REMOVING OLD FENCE POSTS
Saw this on a YouTube vid for removing broken fence posts. Screw it in, lever it out, Bob's yer Uncle, Fanny's yer Aunt.

Garden post removal
I bought this swivel eye to enable the bottom end of some broken garden posts to be lifted out. Whilst I have still to use the plate, it looks well made and is the appropriate scale for the task.

False description
Does not swivel. Do not buy if you want it to swivel. I bought this to pull broken fence posts out of the ground and paid £35.64 for it as it had the swivel function to allow rotation while levering evenly around the post stub. I need it now and will have to put up with the inconvenience of dismounting and rotating the whole plate manually. Raging at the mis-representation in the description. I could have bought a no swivel plate for under £10 !!!!

Robust, but not swivel.
Very robust, will do the job I need it for. But, the eye does not swivel as advertised. Fortunately, this is not a problem for the application that I have in mind.
