If you have never tried Maca, then now is the time, and this is an excellent choice. Red Maca is a bit cheaper, with adequate benefit profile. I have definitely noticed my exercise stamina increased having used this product. This is a good quality organic maca and I much prefer this unprocessed raw product.

Finally a brand of red maca that I actually get red instead of black! Very pleased with the product. I add it to my daily cup of cappuchino and love the taste. Taking maca has greatly reduced ( almost completely) my constant fatigue.

First, this is my first wee taking this. I’ll be honest, I am NOT a fan of the taste. It’s very earthy and slightly nutty. The texture reminds me of crushed, sifted Cheerios, and the powder itself can be messy to handle since it comes in a bag. I ended up pouring mine into a glass jar, which made it much easier to use daily. I’ve been adding the red maca powder to my morning mushroom coffee with a splash of almond milk and no sugar — which is probably why I don’t love the flavor combination 😅. That said, the energy benefits are very real. This combo gives me a steady, natural boost without jitters. By the end of my workday, I still have enough energy to cook dinner and go about my evening, which is a big plus for me. If you’re sensitive to stimulants like caffeine (I am), I recommend starting with ½ teaspoon. The first time I tried it, I took a full tablespoon — I slept, but it was lighter, in-and-out sleep. I still woke up feeling refreshed, though. I’m personally using red maca during ovulation because it’s often associated with hormone support and fertility. I did notice I had a clear LH surge and peak ovulation while taking it. Overall, I’m giving this 5 stars for energy support, even though the taste isn’t my favorite. If you’re considering trying it — start low, do your research, and pay attention to how your body respond. Good luck!

This red maca powder was a bit of a surprise, but now that I've gotten used to it, I'm really liking it and finding it to be a high-quality product. I bought this for its hormonal balancing benefits. A couple of things to know: I was surprised by the color, as I expected it to be more reddish, but it's a more natural, pale tan. The taste is also very strong and earthy, not something you'd take on its own. However, it blends perfectly into my morning smoothie, and I don't mind it at all when mixed with fruit and other ingredients. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package unfortunately arrived with a small cut in it. The product inside was fine, but it was a bit messy upon opening. Overall, I'm pleased with the powder itself and happy to have it as a part of my daily routine.

Bruuuuuhhhhhh. Ok, so, yes, you'll risk a chance of your stomach getting upset. It took me a bit to get my fiber intake right enough to take this daily and half the dose ended up doing the trick. Now, the best part about it, THE SPICY ACTS FEEL AMAZING. It's not overnight, but after a few of weeks of consistency, its been a game changer for my libido. Also, it's a good price point so if it ends up not working for you, I'm sure you've spent the same amount of money on worse. YOLO.
