really pleased with this CAROTE nonstick deep frying pan. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but frying an egg has never been easier — nothing sticks, and it’s extremely difficult to burn food in this pan. The nonstick performance is truly impressive. The size, weight, and overall functionality are just right. It feels well-balanced, heats evenly, and the pour spout and lid are very practical for everyday cooking. Everything about this pan feels thoughtfully designed. Overall, this has been an excellent purchase, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable nonstick pan.

I've not cooked in it yet! I did just unbox and wow, this is a really great quality piece. You install the handle with the little piece of installation hardware and a screw, both provided with a screwdriver and it takes 30 seconds. Everything looks beautifully well made and very high quality. Deep lip, so this 6.5 qt pot can be used to make soups and stew also. Great multi purpose, and big enough to make stir fry for my family of 4 (including two adult/close to adult big guys). I'm really looking forward to using this, and it looks beautiful. Will update when I cook in it ❤️. But first impressions are that the coating is thick and high quality, the lid is a nice thick tempered glass, and the whole thing feels high end.

I have an induction stove. This CAROTE 12.5 Inch Nonstick pan is fabulous. It's huge, cooks well, cleans super easy. I also love my Carote black granite pot & pan set I bought 3 years ago. Most people who have issues are burning the handles in gas stoves, or not following directions and frying at max temps.

I bought the 12.5 Inch Skillet Sauté Pan. Used several times already per manufacture's instructions. Note: This is not oven-safe, I wish it was, the reason for only 4 Stars. In my opinion, I don't think this pan is all that durable, I should have read up on it before purchasing. It appears the pan can easily damages by making minor mistakes, in other words, cooking on eggshells. Below are their instructions from their website. Before first use -Please follow the simple steps below to start your cooking journey- 1 - Wash the surface or pot in warm soapy water. 2 - Clean & dry the surface . 3 - Enjoy cooking with it. :) *No need to season the cookware as we have pre-seasoned it. Cooking -Carote provide exclusive uniform heat conduction- Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your pan, food and oil heat up very rapidly, so always cook on low to medium heat and please only use high heat for searing or browning. -Avoid dry heating- Do not let the pan burn dry without any food, water or oil. It may affect the non stick performance. -We recommend using oil or butter- Appropriate use of oil can well protect the performance of the non stick coating. We recommend olive oil or coconut oil as they are healthier and have a relatively high burn point to ensure stable non stick performance & perfect dishes. -Always give the oil a nice even rub onto the surface- On a diet? No problem! With its amazing heat conduction, only a little bit of oil is needed. The non stick also perform well. Utensils -Never use metal utensils- It's the best way to protect non stick coating. Plastic, rubber or wood utensils are recommended to prolong the life of the pan. (some cookware sets in our shop contain free woody utensils~ -Do not cut food whilst it is in the pan- Knives with rough edges will damage your non stick surface. -Oven Use: Do not use it in oven- Please avoid putting the pans and pots in the oven since it may damage the handle. Cleaning Please use warm water and detergent, clean with a soft sponge or soft dish washing brush when cleaning. Do not sink your cookware in boiling/hot water over 160 °F in case it may damage the handle. Under no circumstances you should use a hard metal brush to clean the pan or pot to avoid scratching or even damaging the non stick coating. If you need to clean stubborn stains, please add detergent and hot water to the pan or pot, then leave it for 5 to 10 minutes or more before washing to get a better result. -Wash it by hand- Your Carote pan & pots are very easy and convenient to clean. To preserve your pan non stick performance, we recommend you: 1) Clean & wash it in warm soapy water. 2) Rinse and dry with a soft towel or kitchen paper 3) Store it in a dry place, That's easy! Made a red meat sauce for dinner last night! Worked beautifully. And no stove mess per usual! I have a set now of the Carote pans. They are durable. Food doesn’t stick and has made my meals chef quality now! Used for a pasta sauce, added cooked pasta and tossed in pan. I made enough for three meals. We froze one and he wants pasta again tonight! Love these pans! Affordable and attractive! Have ever size I need now!

Second of these pans to add to my amazon favourites list. The first I bought the smallest for eggs or just a quarter pound of ground beef and room for extras for a solo meal. I love how you only use low heat and it cooks so quickly, and cools off just as quickly for fast cleanup when done eating. Extremely efficient, durable, food slides right off as if magic. No pan taste, comfort handle fits in your hand. When I saw the box I thought I bought the wrong size. But the handle is off on the 10 inch, it comes with its own screw driver for easy install. I wanted to buy your $89 sale set, but just didn't have enough. Hopefully next Christmas. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more, and already sending more customers your way.
