I am a personal trainer, 36 years old and have trained 5-6 days a week for the past 5 years. I quit working out in March when covid hit and everything got shut down. This is a strange one. Although the results are evident, even at my age, it affected my digestive system a bit . Definitely follow the directions for taking on an empty or semi empty stomach, however even when I did this . I still had minor digestive issues. Watery stool.

Was on this product for 2 months and noticed a definite increase in energy, took 2 capsules together in the morning and had lasting energy all day, however I didn't notice much of a difference with the lifting process or libido effect, it was more just energy increase possible from the shilajit. Will take again

Took this with food for a couple days and developed stomach issues (the panic run to the bathroom type). Stopped taking it and symptoms went away. Started taking again and issues returned. Am convinced that it’s due to the product and not just a coincidence. Will not be able to finish the bottle. I do not recommend.
