This supplement makes it a little easier getting my daily B12 and magnesium by giving me one less pill to swallow. I think this is a good combination and is very good for overall health. Magnesium has a plethora of health benefits to numerous to list, and B12 has helped mine and my husband's mental cognition like nothing else has. I think this is a very good supplement.

When I mentioned to my doctor, during my annual wellness visit, that my diet borders on vegetarian and vegan, she advised me to take B12. So, if you notice the Supplement Facts for this product, the B12 component is 500mcg or 20833% Daily Value. And, as an added bonus, it has 150mg magnessium, 36% Daily Value. And, most importantly, these are all in one tablet. While it's too early to assess any benefit from this supplement, it more than meets my personal need for a vitamin B12 supplement. The label has a certification/badge and text noting that it's "Independently Content Certified by NSF International". Overall, I'm happy with the contents, ingredients in this supplement.

My nervous system, lungs, heart, everything functioning smoothly. And I have not experienced any adverse effects either. I would definitely purchase this again once my current supply runs out and would recommend for anyone looking to supplement their B12 and Magnesium intake.
