Fits perfectly but you stuck on book mode but rather that an have better protection than the bumpers i used to have.

Loved the color and idea since not many cases exist for this device but it’s too snug. felt like I was going to break either the case or the phone.

For protecting Duo2

With the slim choice in basic cases for the surface duo 2 I thought I would give this a try. Unfortunately this case will cause more harm than protection. After reading the reviews stating that this doesn't allow the phone to fully flip around I figured it was a reasonable trade for some pocket protection.Folding the phone around isn't even the worst part of this case in my opinion. After receiving the case I tried to snap it on and slide it on but it was really tight. There is a small lip that is suppose to clip around the duo 2's plastic frame, but I couldn't get the top and bottom to both clip at the same time without using excessive force. Eventually I pushed harder than I would have liked to get them both clipped, and I immediately noticed that the case was physically causing my duo 2 to bend back towards the case! It was even more noticeable when closing the phone, leaving a 2-3 mm gap at the top and bottom. I quickly removed the case and checked for any permanent damage. Luckily my phone is fine, but needless to say this case is going right back as a return. It's my assumption that this is a lightly modified (cut out for the external camera) case for the original surface duo, which if I recall is slightly thinner.

Overall, looks and feels good. Snaps on without issue.Only bad thing is that case will not let you fold the duo completely back. Thus you are stuck in book mode.

Nice looking but won't allow phone to fold back.

The case came in and looked well made, attached it and it was sturdy BUT when the first call came in I realized the case had a MAJOR design flaw... You cannot fold the fold back to take a call! It stops half way! So basically a useless case to hold a phone you never plan on talking on

This case has a great design concept. It looks great in carbon black. However, it does not properly fit the device and keeps slipping around the hinges. Broke after 2 months
