I unfortunately noticed several stains, including coffee, on a favorite cashmere sweater while traveling. I asked my renowned hotel if they would please clean//remove the stains from my sweater. They graciously declined, saying cleaning cashmere was too risky as it is so easily damaged. I then had no choice but to attempt to remove the stains once home. A gall cleaner was recommended by a fine cashmere shop, so I ordered the Sonett stain cleaner. The stains were well set by now, at least ten days old, but I loved this sweater and was hoping I could restore it with the Gall cleaner. I followed the directions and spot cleaned the sweater, then washed it on the Handwash cycle in my washing machine(I’ve successfully washed fine cashmere for ages in the washing machine, on gentle). To my surprise, and delight, all stains had been removed!! After flat drying sweater on a towel(never put cashmere in a dryer), and then a quick iron, my sweater looked brand new!! This Sonett Gall spot cleaner will forever be part of my laundry routine, whenever the inevitable spots appear on my clothing. Outstanding product!

Put on grease and food stains that never came out with Shout or Spray and Wash and had been washed and dried already. Let is sit on the stains for 15 minutes then washed in the washer normally. Worked great!
