I used it the first time at an event last week and it did exactly what I hoped for. Many people stopped by just to ask about the fan. Great conversation starter.

Bought this for my business and it's attracting attention. Quality of build is sturdy and hoping this lasts a long time so I can use it for holidays and advertising.

Will not connect to the server. Tried everything it just will not connect. So I’m stuck with a 500 dollar 3d Santa display

Looks amazing i love it , after a couple weeks i had a little issue but customer service was so helpful and fixed it very quickly. I truly recommend it.

Follow the directions, attach very sturdily to your base, make sure all blades click in so they can’t pull out. Use the app, works well for what it is.

Wow! This 3D fan is pretty incredible…I’ve incorporated it into our companies entertainment company and has turned so many heads!..it’s a great attention grabber…Not many people in Los Angeles have seen these in person yet, so everyone wants to know how they work and what they are…so cool, I had to buy another one!

The app does not support the latest Android version, so you won't be able to transfer videos or pictures from your Android phone. When scanning the supported QR code, app wants to sideload and gets blocked by Android security. I have not tried the upload via Wifi, however there is a big red sign when the instruction suggests to disable any Firewalls when installing the required program on your PC. This is unfortunate, because I like the Fan Projector and plan to keep it, but can only run it with the built in animations.

I can’t believe how cool this thing looks. I bought it with the desktop stand which was kind of confusing to put together but eventually figured it out. The app is a little janky but it works. Sometimes you have to close and reopen the app to get connected again. It comes with a remote so you can turn it on and off once all your media is loaded. The remote also lets you scroll through your video clips and dim/brighten the display. Overall totally worth the money.

Bonjour, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse à ma demande d'aide pour le nom de l'application à utilisée et son installation. De plus impossible d'installer des fichiers sur la carte fournie avec l'appareil qui vibre énormément pendant l'utilisation. Cordialement.

The product arrived well packed and far better quality than expected. I originally set up wrong but the WhatsApp support service was outstanding and within minutes it was up and running. I need to learn how to upload content now and customer support are on hand for any questions. So far so good and a Top Rated service. Thank you
