Libbey Craft Brews Belgian Beer Glass, 16 oz, Set of 4

My Oktoberfest definitely tastes better! Beautifully made; nice hand feel and weight; elegantly rugged; correct dimension for a 12 FL.OZ with room for a nice 5/8” head. Exceptionally happy with them!

i was looking for a nice glass for drinking home brewed craft beer. i recently took up the hobby of home brewing beer. it takes some time and effort to do home brewing, though the results are worthwhile - it is a 'craft'. since it takes time and effort I wanted something special in the way of a glass when i was drinking my home brewed beer. I read many reviews of this glass and found that the vast majority were very positive - so i went for a set of 4. received them today - and the positive reviews were spot on. great high quality glasses. I would buy more without a second thought. just the right thickness. some reviews say they are too thin, but they do not seem thin to me. I have wine glasses that are thin - these glasses are not wine glass thin. I think they are the type of thickness you might find in a bar or restaurant for a beer glass like this - just right. thin enough to not be an awkward brick in your hand; thick enough to last if treated like 'glass'. they hold 16ozs for sure. some reviews say they do not, but maybe they were shipped the wrong glasses(?), as I think this glass also comes in a smaller size. no broken glasses. they came nicely packaged in what looks like a factory sealed box that was then in an amazon box surrounded by those inflatable air bags; good to go. the shape of the glass concentrates the aroma of what is inside the glass - like a wine glass. I like that since I also drink wine and can appreciate the difference the right glass can help make. of course, it is not a 10 times better difference, but enough of a difference to increase the pleasure of drinking. price might seem a bit high to some reviewers ($32 for 4 - $8 a glass), but i could not find them anywhere by me. even so, these quality glasses are worth $8 a piece to me - I have seen them for more than that at other online retailers. glass is clear, and the glass sits flat. some reviews mentioned rings in the glass, or maybe the glass does not sit flat on a table, but the glasses I received were clear, no defects, and sat flat. I like libbey glasses - in general. I think they make a nice utilitarian mid-level product. bottom line: great beer glass highly recommended. would make a nice gift for a beer lover - even if you give the gift to yourself. (will update this review if my experience changes)

These are great beer glasses for any home bar, I have a large home bar in my basement and only had a few beer glasses and saw these and they are a great addition.

Five stars. These attractive tulip-shaped goblets hold 16 ounces of liquid. The stem is short so a little awkward to hold normally. Love that the glasses are manufactured in the U.S.A. This set of drinking glasses from Libbey arrived with one of the glasses broken. The packaging was substandard. Amazon suggested calling the manufacturer. With several attempts, I was unable to reach a live rep via phone. But, then via email, the response from Libbey was stellar. The Libbey company promptly sent a replacement set of 4 glasses, which arrived whole. The email from Libby was clear that I could keep the first set of glasses (now only 3). That level of quality customer service from corporations is no longer common and stood out as stellar. The support I received from Libbey to correct the issue was customer-centric and appreciated.

I love these beer glasses! They’re pretty thick and made well. When I’m holding them they don’t feel fragile. They hold a lot of liquid and are very comfortable to hold. I would definitely buy more for gifts!

I appreciate having the right glass for the right beer. These Nucleated Belgian glasses from Libby feel great in the hand and are perfect for IPA's and higher gravity beers. It really sets up your pour for a perfect head every time. I also picked up Libby's Pub Beer and Pilsner glasses for my other favorite types of beer. Great quality with those as well and look great on my home bar shelf. In total, I ordered a dozen of the pub glasses, and 4 each of the Classic Belgian, their Nucleated Belgian, and the Pilsner. I was a little surprised at the packaging, thinking the glasses wouldn't survive any rough handling while en route. Of the twenty-four I ordered, one of the pub glasses had a crack in the bottom--all others were fine. Overall though, these are great quality glasses and I'm really happy with the purchase.

These are great looking, fun glasses for your favorite brew. 1 of the 6 glasses I ordered was damaged however the company quickly sent me a replacement so a 5 star review for both product and service is warranted.
