What a beautifully written book, touches heart and soul and provokes new ways of thinking. Just what I needed to take a pause in my day. I will be buying other titles from this author as her writing deeply resonates within me.

Really nice read and would recommend for any contemporary poetry lover

I’ve loved losing myself in the pages of this book over the past couple of weeks - honesty just pours off every page with such beauty and simplicity. It feels like I’m experiencing snapshots of someone’s life, with all its aching pain and exquisite joy. As an empath myself, it scratched away at some of the experiences and emotions I’ve felt in the past, and still feel deep inside somewhere. However, it reminded me that in our most fragile moments, there is strength to be found. As so much of this book really resonated with me, it sparked an opportunity to dig a bit deeper into some of my own reflections. I found myself mirroring some of the pieces I was reading, for example I loved thinking of the ’10 things that make me happy’, ’10 people I’ll never let go’, spent some time pondering ‘The years with the most impact’ and found it incredibly emotional to reflect on the ‘Apologies I’m owed’. I’m so grateful to Moonsoulchild for writing this book and providing the inspiration to approach some of my own experiences with a renewed compassion.

A heartfelt, authentically written journey of self discovery. The author writes about unrequited love, chasing expectations, healing old wounds, vulnerability, loss and abandonment; all subjects most readers would relate to. There are many positive messages weaved throughout the book and lessons learned. There is also a lovely prayer included. If you’re a fan of Sara Sheehan already then this is the perfect book to learn more about her.

It‘s a really nice book, like talking to a friend somehow. It hits very close to home and the writing style makes it the realer. The quality of the books is also super nice :)

“The feels the moon & my soul,” explores the growing pains of love and heartbreak. It’s a beautiful work of art that takes you in an emotional journey of pain, self-love and growth. I love that the author also self-reflects on the pain she might have caused for others as well. One of the keys to healing and loving oneself is taking accountability and this book portrays that in the most heartfelt way. It’s a work of art that reminds you of what it is to be human and to set boundaries. The author is authentically real throughout each page inviting you to dig deep and to look within.

I bought this for my partner. She loves it, it arrived earlier than expected and was in great condition. The book itself is beautiful.

I love this book. I leave it around the house and almost daily open a random page to read. Very soulful and easy to read. Poems are short.
