Really enjoying the 'face down' aspect of this iron. It heats quickly and has an indicator of whether it's up to the heat you've set. It glides across the fabric when ironing, and the pointy end is great for those little seams. I was lucky to have a gift certificate towards the purchase price, but my friends who are long-term quilters swear by this iron and the mini made by the same provider.

Really like the weight of this iron. Heats up fast and the auto lift saves my wrist.

It puts out plenty of steam and fills easily. It seems to shorten the task.

I love these irons BUT they seldom last more than 1 year. I am a quilter, so I do use it a lot, but for the price point, it should definitely last longer. I don't drop or otherwise abuse them. I have now owned three of these. The last one I actually purchased a replacement policy, which I have just submitted. The latest one was purchased from Amazon on 5/24/24 and it crapped out 6/21/25. I like the auto lift as I have arthritic hands and wrists. I love everything about the iron except its very short use life.
