Top Quality Salmon
I had read other reviews which said that this was not sashimi grade, maybe it's not. What I can tell you though is that it is delicious, and better quality than some of the sushi restaurant sell. I used it in a poke bowl. The flesh was soft and buttery, just moresome.

Absolutely pristine quality
The sample of this product that I received was of absolutely pristine quality. Totally sashimi grade and great taste.

Not Sashimi Graded
I don’t know why it states its sashimi graded because it doesn’t even pass as good quality for cooking salmon. It barely has any fat-lines, and its meat is mushy. It’s really thin, and smells like smoked salmon. If you’re looking to get sashimi please don’t get this one. Description does not fit what was given.

These salmon fillets were superb, bouncing fresh and full of flavour: definitely a premium product. I have read some very bad reviews of Landed fish… which I find preposterous.
