This ladder is reliable & easy to use. The compact form hides easily in the cost closet in the winter, because we use it to shovel off our roof. It’s not very heavy, it’s lighter than a bag of dog food kibble.

Better than expected . . . . . Heavy and heavy duty. I don't have to worry if this is going to hold me with heavy cargo. . . . Must give some thought and practice collapsing it. . . . . It can be done slow, easy and safely. I don't like releasing it and slam down.

I was skeptical of telescoping ladders for a long time but found myself needing a compact ladder that could allow me to reach the top of a vehicle that is roughly 10 feet tall. Without getting a huge standard ladder and putting it on a ladder rack on the roof (not an option in my case), or taking up huge amounts of room inside, I finally decided to take a chance and give this one a try. It checked all the boxes, so, on paper at least, it seemed great. I’m truly impressed by how light it is compared to almost any other ladder I’ve owned. It’s simple to carry around and setting it up couldn’t be simpler. It can extend even higher than I will likely ever need so I have the option to use it only partly extended, which feels sturdier, though I’m not sure how much difference that really makes. But I have the option to stay relatively low, or to reach even higher places, if needed. It locks securely in place when you extend each section so it feels very secure. When completely retracted to its smallest size it stores away easily until I need it again. One feature I wasn’t expecting is that, when lowering each section, it stops just above where your fingers might get pinched, so I think you would have to really try to smash a fingie with this. It’s a little bit bendy if you have the base out too far, but finding the balance between stability and not bowing the thing too much is pretty easy. Overall, I’m very pleased with it. I expect it to get a lot of use and I feel safe climbing it. It’s versatile enough that I expect to have it with me even when the current use case ends.

This lightweight ladder was used to paint my ceiling peaks that reach 15 ft. I did not climb to the top, but also used a telescoping paint roller. It can be used anywhere to reach those heights. You need to lean the ladder securely. It can be closed up and stored easily. This was a very good buy. Pay attention to the weight limit.

This ladder works great! We use it to get on top of our camper. It is sturdy, easy to use.

I live in a small condo, needed a way to get into the attic access to store Christmas items. Once we figured it out, and keep the instructions!, I don’t use it often enough that I remember every time. It does store behind my laundry room door and is very nice and sturdy. I got my grandkids to put away my Christmas stuff, it was great!

I keep this in the closet where my attic access panel is in the ceiling. Previously I just used the built in wall ladder originally built into the closet wall over 60 years ago, but the thing was so rickety I no longer trust it. This is a perfect substitute that's easy to slide in and out of place and it extends as needed to access the attic. With the ceiling panel removed, it easily reaches well into the attic and the braking system in the segment-by-segment collapsing mechanism prevents any crushed fingers/hands when collapsing it down. Impressively light considering how sturdy it is when climbing it.

I got what I expected. Great value for the money. It's a little heavier than I thought but nice and compact for a 15.5 foot ladder. It gets the job done. I recommend this product!!

So far so good! This looks and feels like it should be more expensive! Works exactly as described, folds up to an easy to manage size, just be aware it’s heavier than it looks. Great for storage and small jobs around the house. Obviously it’s designed for specific projects and certainly won’t work for every job but so far it’s done the trick. Silly, but I really like the telescoping feature, it’s very satisfying 🙂

I have never really used and never owned a ladder before, but after buying this one, I'm very impressed. Extending is is easy, setting up is simple and besides the occasional bend when reaching higher heights, it's comfortable and I feel safe on this ladder. I mainly use it for gutter cleaning, and it's compact size can allow it to store with little to no room. When extending fully, it's difficult to telescope the ladder back down. You will require extra help for this.

Very happy with this purchase. The ladder is fantastic, easy to use, and lightweight. The ladder also drops down to a size that is great for storage.
