Excellent. I'm happy with my window cleaning robot. Very easy to use; lightweight, fast and efficient.

The unit worked flawlessly for an hour but then it started repeatedly stopping. The unit would go back and forth across the window the on turning to go back the other way would start climbing at 45 degrees, beep and stop. This means I can't leave it without watching it. Bit of a shame as was good for an hour

Works great, good value for money. Leaves a bit of dust at the the edges or corners which was expected due to the circular shape

So it doesn’t work it’s unbelievably loud and it falls off the windows all the time it’s a complete utter and total fail. Back to the drawing board. You know your first indication that there’s something seriously wrong with this product is when they include a leash to help it keep from falling under the ground because they know it’s gonna fall from the window. That’s not a good sign. That’s not a feature. That’s a broken product. Returned.

Worked as described easy to put together.

I had high hopes for this robot, but it is more a polisher than a cleaner. First, you must dry wash your windows before use. Second, it must be tended to keep it from falling and damaging itself or the floor. It is a slow cleaner, but the mechanics work well. It could not clean my narrow pane windows on either side of my French door. I will probably keep it, but it’s no replacement for washing my own windows. I’ll wash my own windows and hire a washer for the exterior ones I can’t reach

I recently moved into a house with a lot of really big windows and wanted to try one of these window cleany things. I can't believe how well it actually cleans the windows inside. Better than I could by hand that is for sure. I also have some widows that are so high I would have to get a step ladder to get the top parts, this unit will go all the way up so I don't have to do that. The drawbacks are that you have to pay attention to it, when it's finished with the window, you have to get it down. It only works with the remote, no manual overrides on the unit, and it states that you need to dust the window before you put it on. I have to give it five stars because the windows were so incredibly clean afterwords, but be aware you do still need to do a little work for it.

I connected the device according to all the instructions, and tried to make it work only on the battery that was provided, and charged according to every possible parameter, the device does not want to work without electricity. This makes it difficult for the robot to work. It is not possible to reach the company and activate the warranty

Works well on glass. I tried it on the shower walls, but the tiles are small and there's a lot of black grout between. The sensors don't read black the same as a Roomba. It just gets confused. I was just hoping it would work in the shower. If you already have a crack on a window, don't use it on that one, as this thing has good suction and will probably just make the crack worse or add more due to the vacuum pressure. One thing I wish these had was a retractable safety cable. One that would pull out as it cleans, and if it falls, the cable would lock and stop the fall. Otherwise, you have to figure out what length you need the window, and if it falls from the top, then it has some distance to fall before the cable reaches its end. Holds very well on the glass.

Broken after approximately 2 hours of use, gear stripped.

Works well; however, the edge sensors could perform better when used on frameless surfaces, as they don’t always recognize the edge and often fall off. Other than that, it’s a good product!

I totally love the this product! Bought it cause I love techy gadgets. Very easy to use. You tie it off to the curtain rod so it won’t fall off and break while running. I used on my patio door in family room inside and then outside and on picture window in living room inside and out. Didn’t tie off when I used it outside and it never fell off. Worked great. Loved how it cleaned my kitchen window. Lots of splatters and after first applying a bit of cleaner directly to windows the product worked fabulously! Was so cool watching product do the cleaning without using my elbow grease. Windows were clean!
