Maybe only creatine is better
This may be the single most effective supplement for natural muscle gains! And it's inexpensive! Leucine should be getting more attention from fitness enthusiasts!

Hard to know if it's working
I'm using this on the advice of a fellow athlete who swears it increases metabolism of proteins into usable muscle recovery. I dunno. I don't think it's hurting me, so I'll just keep taking it. No bad side effects, no taste or aftertaste. You decide.
