Company backs their product.
Item arrived with a screw loose so I returned it for an exchange. 2nd one arrived also arrived with a screw loose. I contacted the vendor. They apologized and sent me another one directly. Very happy with the item and with the company! Works as advertised. I will keep the screw loose one because I want to pay for what I ordered, even tho I got another one from the maker.

Glad this one has it so it does not have to plug into your computer. Very quiet. Does the job very well. The movement seems natural. Ease of use to hook it up. Just set your mouse inside and hit the switch. Very nice looking and great price.
