Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 40mm Smart Watch Bluetooth - Pink Gold (Renewed)

I just received this watch 3 days ago and I'm already in love with. I see alot of people complaining about battery life. If you download the app (Samsung wearable) on your cell phone you can fix alot of settings and notifications to prolong battery life! There is also a battery saver option you can see it turned on in my pictures I uploaded. Also complaints about not receiving or being able to make calls or texts, also you need to download the app on your phone to set all that up too it's pretty easy. I've had no problem with texts and calls. You'll need to keep ypur Bluetooth on your phone as well fyi using wifi drains the battery faster though. Battery life was pretty bad until I fixed my settings. I'm getting almost a full day on a single charge and for the amount of notifications and how often I use the health tracking options...I'm not complaining! Thanks to this watch I'm finally getting anxiety meds because my doctor seen my stress tests I've ran non stop for 2 days! This watch is definitely worth the money. I got a Samsung charger with mine so I know I lucked out with that. I bought the refurbished excellent like new watch and it's flawless! All.of the benefits are worth the purchase. If you're thinking about it, do it! You won't regret it! Hope this little bit of info helps :)

I had to return my first watch as the battery life was awful but the customer service team was helpful, insanely prompt, and gave me every bit of info I needed to get my replacement watch. The replacement works perfectly and looks almost new. I will 100% be returning to this company for any refurbished electronics I need!

Refurbished Aspect of this Review: This isn't my first time ordering a refurbished product from Amazon. I expected the watch to come with the original packaging, unsealed and possibly missing some components inside like inserts and whatnot... Everytime I've ordered Renewed it came in the original packaging... I could get over not having the box fine, (unless I was giving it as a gift.) but what really disappointed me was it didn't include the manual. It's also important to note that you cannot find the manual in PDF on the Samsung website. They have the manuals for all their other watches, but not this one for some reason. So just keep that in mind. I still don't know the full functionality of this watch and getting to know it has been a bit frustrating without instructions. You can find review YouTube videos that have some instructions, but you will not be shown everything... With that out the way, the watch itself is in pristine condition. No scratches or anything. You wouldn't be able to tell it's used. The charger itself did have some wear. The lettering on the back of it is rubbed off in the middle. Not a big deal. Functionality and Quality Part of this Review: You know, I bought a cheap end smart watch before getting this one. I didn't get the cheapest one. It was midrange in pricing... I really thought paying so much for a brand name watch is a ripoff before I purchased one. They must work the same when they have similar specs right? NO. The knockoff watch gave me bizarre heart rate readings. Said I took steps in my sleep, and don't even get me started on the sleep monitor. Be asleep for thirty minutes, wide awake for ten, straight to REM sleep after that for two minutes... It's a joke. The only positive thing I could say about the knockoff is it had 50% better battery life. But again, it was so useless that I wish it would run out of battery. The body readings on this Galaxy watch are SO accurate that it's a little creepy. Plus it has features that the others don't... Like stress level! Bruh. This was well worth the money I am very happy with how accurate it is! One thing that surprises me, and is a bit disappointing is you cannot use the watch to answer calls when you are strictly using Bluetooth and wifi. You need to use a cell service which means you need to pay your mobile carrier more monthly to use the calling feature. With the knockoff you can just use Bluetooth. It sets your watch like a speaker or headphones so you can answer the call... Same for texting. When I get a text it notifies me but to answer it I have to use my phone. When someone calls me my watch doesn't ring or tell me that someone is calling. I only get a notification when I miss the call. It's possible I am just doing something wrong as I don't have the manual... But just some stuff I wanted to share that I would've found helpful!

I found out why my watch will not stay charged (in case anyone else has the same issue). The app is no longer applicable to this watch version, so I can't do a factory reset to fix it. I've ordered the new Galaxy S25 from Samsung which is how I found out about the app. I have always been a Samsung customer, phones, computers, etc. I had a Fitbit Versa 2 and it finally died. All I want from a wearable device is number of steps walked, heart rate, and the sleep information. I know the Samsung has many more capabilities, but these are all I want to use (plus the time of day). When mine came I only set the above readings to be active. I like the look of the watch and I would be happy if it would just work. After charging it and it charges quickly the battery lasts about 6 hours. This past week it has begun to charge sometimes and other times I'll pick it up and all it will show is 0% and the icon indicating it needs to be charged. I've done everything I know to do in the app and on the Samsung site. If anyone out there has a suggestion as to how to fix it, please let me know through Amazon's messaging system. I like the fit and everything about the watch, but it just won't hold a charge. Thanks

I absolutely love this watch! It’s comfortable to wear, looks stylish, and the display is super clear and bright. The health and fitness tracking features are very accurate, and the integration with my phone is seamless. Battery life lasts me about two days, which is great for how much I use it. Battery life isn't great, it drains pretty quickly, but over all the watch is awesome , especially for the price !

The watch i got has a battery that lasts for up to 2 maybe 3 hours on my wrist. When I need to charge it, I also have to reset it after its charged. This was a waste of money
