I’m not much for rave reviews but this products works amazingly. Almost immediately I can feel my mood change to a feeling of calm and positive feeling…Throughout the day I felt calm and content ..As far as sleeping I fall asleep every night effortlessly and pretty much each night I’m dreaming meaning I’m always in deep sleep …I will continue to use this product no doubt

I was a sceptic at first but it really does help with the pre-sleep wind down. It’s no silver bullet cure but it does help, more than others that I have tried. The current prices for this product in Australia are ridiculous. Maybe it’s a good sign that it’s popular because it appears to work or maybe it’s just a typical supplement price hike that is very common here.
